Construction has begun….
Yes, Construction has begun on the new Project room at the Fort. The aim is to have a dedicated area where club members can work on antennas, radios, or anything else to that matter with out impeding the comfort of the others in the club.
This project has suffered several setbacks since its inception, notably from the weather – the severe lack of anything like nice weather over the last 6months, but now things are changing and a couple of skilled workers are beavering away constructing a nice environment that we can be rightly proud of.
If the weather remains good, there should be a good photo opportunity by next weekend were we will be able to show off the hard work of several dedicated people.
