Hi there,
It was nice to work Charlie operating " GB0FP " on the 16.6.12. My operating setup was a Alinco DX70 @ 100w to 30 feet of endfed wire 8 feet above the ground in the roof of my wooden bungalow. I think I may have also worked the club callsign some time back. Location is five miles west of Truro in Cornwall. Locator: IO70JG. Wab : SW74.

20:00 Saturday: I was putting hidden transmitters out for the RSGB ARDF race on Sunday (click on web page link)


While 'tuning' the 80m antennas to the ground conditions (wet!) I could hear you all loud on clear on my little tiny hand held Czech racing-receiver - but no way that I could respond.
